Dedicated to providing relevant and interesting information on youth athletics programs, safety in team sports and fun facts in the world of sports & athletics.

Many of the more than 44 million kids in the USA engaging in youth athletics team sports are coached by parents who volunteer their time in these sports-minded communities. Few are certified as athletic trainers. In recent years information about the importance of hydrating the young athletes has become widely spread. Organizations such as Safe Kids Worldwide have organized as coalitions to advocate for child safety.

IBC Worldwide Inc. has a 20-year history of providing branded sideline hydration equipment for collegiate and professional sports teams. The company felt it was time to focus on the needs of youth athletics by promoting a line of team-branded hydration gear to the youth athletic products industry.

Athletes should drink 16 ounces of water leading up to activity, along with six to 12 ounces immediately before exercise and every 15 to 20 minutes during active physical engagement.

TeamSafe Gear™ does not claim to be a company of hydration experts. We see ourselves as a source of advice from experts. We research the relevant and abundant knowledge that is widely available from medical professionals, athletic directors, and certified athletic trainers. We then present that information in a blog and social media platform that promotes and emphasizes the importance of hydration to parents and athletes of all ages.

TeamSafe Gear™ is dedicated to providing relevant and interesting information on youth and adult athletic programs, promoting safety in team sports, and offering fun facts in the world of athletic pursuits. We strive to explore relevant health & safety tips from industry professionals for active lifestyles and team sports enthusiasts.

We believe that providing quality hydration products decorated with team logos and brands will inspire team members to feel a sense of team spirit and camaraderie. If this promotes safety as well as team pride, then we are accomplishing our goals.
