Delivery Standards

Most of our products offer custom decoration options. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the artwork review and approval process.  To ensure the quickest turn around, please be sure to submit the art per the specs provided. If you require a quicker turnaround, please call or email us to see if we can provide a RUSH option for your order.  Additional costs and shipping fees may apply. Orders ship via ground service. Transit times will vary based on your destination but generally arrive within 5-7 days after shipment.

Return Policy

Our return policy extends only to manufacturing/material defects. If the product is defective on arrival and was not damaged during shipment then the customer must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt with photos and explanation. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Product received must be in original packaging and condition. No products deemed used will be refunded.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and notification will be sent as to the status of the return. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The length of time for the credit to appear will vary depending on the policies of the card issuer or form of payment that was used.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy.
